Catering

Your catering needs – from pizza to Epicurean buffet – can easily be met by the shops along Portola Avenue and in the Glen Park area.

Our kitchen does not have the ventilation to allow cooking at the Clubhouse, but our domestic-size stove and refrigerator will keep your caterer’s cold dishes cold and warm dishes warm before serving.

Information

The Clubhouse is available 365 days a year (except New Year’s Eve) from 7 AM to 10 PM.

Guests are expected to leave the facility clean and in condition for immediate use by others. The Clubhouse does not provide set-up for events or janitorial service but can refer potential renters to privately run services. There are trash, recycle, and compost bins available. San Francisco requires proper recycling and composting of waste.

A refundable security is required for all rentals. Deposits are returned within 14 days after the last day of your event.

A detailed list of requirements that must be met to obtain a full refund of security deposit is available upon request (and can be downloaded from the link listed above).

Rates and Fees

Rental rates include full use of the facility. Rental policies are available on request.

Weekends (Fri – Sun) & Holidays (5 hours use plus 2-hour set-up time)

• Members* $525
• Non-members $600

Weekdays (Mon – Thur)

• Members* $75 per hour
• Non-members $95 per hour
• 4 hour minimum rental

Note: Requirement for all rentals
• Security deposit: $1,000
* Member Rate: Must reside in Miraloma Park or own property or a business therein to qualify for membership rate.


Some concessions are available for non-profits and for multiple rentals.
